Had a fantastic ride with this powerhouse. The engine’s roar is so thrilling, and the performance is top notch! Definitely a great deal for the price.
Arun Iyer –
Why is the fuel consumption relatively high? Is that common for motorcycles in this category?
Thomas Yap –
Dear Arun Iyer, thanks for your question! Yes, the fuel consumption might seem relatively high. This is primarily due to the bike’s high-performance engine, which tends to consume more fuel to deliver the top speed and horsepower. However, this is fairly common for motorcycles in this category that are designed for thrilling performance and speed. If you have further queries, feel free to ask. Enjoy riding!

Marcus Loh –
I am curious about the bike’s braking system. How efficient are the Brembo monobloc four-piston calipers on dual discs in comparison to other brands?
Dee Lee –
Hello Marcus Loh, thank you for your interest in our MV Agusta Dragster 800. It’s indeed furnished with Brembo monobloc four-piston calipers on dual discs. Brembo is a highly respected brand in the industry, well-known for high performance and reliable braking systems. In comparison, it often surpasses other brands in performance, reliability, and consistency. However, keep in mind that the overall efficacy can also rely on other factors such as the bike’s weight, speed, and the rider’s ability. Ride safe!

Given the engine capacity and horsepower, what’s the fuel efficiency of this motorcycle? Can anyone with prior experience provide insights?
Thomas Yap –
Hello Alison Tan, thank you for your interest in the MV Agusta Dragster 800 (Used). The fuel consumption mentioned in the specifications is approximately 5.8 litres/100km, however, the actual mileage may vary based on riding conditions and personal riding habits. We hope this helps!

John Tan –
Can someone explain to me about the six-speed cassette gearbox? How different is it from a conventional gearbox?
Jacki –
Hello John Tan, thanks for your inquiry about the six-speed cassette gearbox. This type of gearbox is found in most high-performance motorcycles like the MV Agusta Dragster 800. Unlike the conventional ones, a cassette gearbox allows easier and faster gear ratios changes. Their design allows them to be removed and replaced without the need to split the main engine cases, hence its name ‘cassette’. This could increase your customization options and maintenance could be simplified. However, please bear in mind that while it has several advantages, the benefits might vary depending on your specific riding style and habits. Let us know if you have more questions!
Sabrina Pereira –
Can anyone using this bike confirm if the fuel consumption provided (5.8 litres/100km) is accurate? Also, how comfortable is the seat for longer rides?
Thomas Yap –
Hello Sabrina Pereira, thank you for your review and queries. While the fuel consumption rate provided by the manufacturer is 5.8 litres/100km, it might slightly vary depending upon various factors such as your biking style, road conditions, etc. As for the seat comfort during longer rides, feedback varies among users due to personal preferences and tolerance levels. However, the MV Agusta Dragster 800 is generally lauded for its design and comfort. We recommend trying a test ride to best judge the comfort level for yourself. If you need more information, feel free to ask.
