The Ducati Diavel 1198 M 2011 is powered by the Testastretta 11°, an L-Twin cylinder engine. With 4 valves per cylinder boasting the unique Desmodromic timing system, the engine effortlessly delivers a torque of 127.5 Nm at 8000 rpm through a seamless 6-speed transmission.

Engine heat is effectively dealt with by a liquid cooling system, while the bike’s start-up relies on an easy-to-use electric starter. The engine’s bore and stroke measure 106 mm and 63.5 mm respectively. Moreover, gear shifts are made smooth by a slipper and self-servo wet multiplate clutch with hydraulic control.

The Ducati Diavel 1198 M 2011 incorporates a Mitsubishi electronic fuel injection system to boost its power output, which records an impressive 119 kW. As for fuel consumption, the bike consumes 5.3 liters for every 100 km thanks to its wet sump lubrication system. It comes standard with ABS, while its dry weight stands at a manageable 210 kg.

Structurally, the bike possesses a sturdy tubular steel trellis frame. It features an impressive front brake system which comprises of dual semi-floating discs and radially mounted Brembo monobloc calipers with 4-piston. The front brake disc diameter measures 320 mm and the suspension is a Marzocchi fully adjustable 50 mm usd fork.

The bike’s rear end deploys a single disc, 2-piston floating caliper with a brake disc diameter of 265 mm. The rear suspension is fully adjustable and features progressive linkage with remote spring preload adjustment.

Finally, the seat height stands at a convenient 770 mm and holds a tank capacity of 17 liters, making the Ducati Diavel 1198 M 2011 both suitable for long rides and a sheer pleasure for everyday cruising.
