Our standard screens for OME maintain the original profile, serving as a direct replacement that uses the same fixings. Made from 3mm acrylic with flame-polished edges for a simple and easy installation, these screens ensure optimal protection and visibility on your Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR (2022-2024) Standard Screen model.
What do you think is the ideal way to improve the overall wind protection on your Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR? Should we consider adding a wind deflector or would that be too much of an overkill?
Hi Chloe Tay, thanks for reaching out! We appreciate your interest in improving wind protection on your Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR. Adding a wind deflector can indeed enhance overall wind protection, but it depends on the specific design and installation method you’re considering. Our standard screens are designed to maintain the original profile of your motorcycle, providing optimal protection and visibility. If you’re looking for further enhancement, we’d recommend exploring our other screen options or consulting with a professional mechanic/installer to determine the best solution for your needs. We’re always here to help and provide guidance on any questions you may have!
I’ve been using this screen on my Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR for a few weeks now, and I must say it’s exceeded my expectations. The installation was a breeze, and the quality of the material is top-notch. I love how it keeps the wind and rain out while still providing great visibility. My only minor complaint would be that it can get a bit foggy in cold weather, but that’s not a major issue for me.
I’m still getting used to the feel of this standard screen, but overall I’m satisfied with the purchase. The reduction in wind noise has been noticeable, and the installation was relatively painless. One minor complaint is that it takes some time to get accustomed to the slightly changed aerodynamics.
I’ve been wondering, do you think the flame-polished edges on this standard screen make it more durable than a standard acrylic material? Or is it just a cosmetic touch?
Hello Rizaluddin Salleh, Thank you for your question! The flame-polished edges on our standard screens are indeed a cosmetic touch that adds an extra layer of protection against scratches and abrasion. While they don’t necessarily make the material more durable, they do enhance the overall appearance and finish of the screen. Our 3mm acrylic material is already designed to provide optimal protection for your Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RR (2022-2024) Standard Screen model. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask.
What’s not to love about this standard screen? It’s easy to install, and the design is sleek and stylish. The fact that it uses the same fixings as the original profile makes it a perfect replacement. I’ve had zero complaints about it so far.
Thank you for your wonderful review, Koh Liang! We’re thrilled to hear that our standard screen exceeded your expectations. We agree that the easy installation and sleek design make it a great replacement option. Our screens are designed to provide optimal protection and visibility, and we’re glad to hear that you’ve had zero complaints so far. What a fantastic upgrade for my bike! The screen is so well-made and easy to install. I was impressed by the flame-polished edges – it gives the whole thing a premium feel. The 3mm acrylic material seems very durable, and I’m confident it’ll withstand the elements. One question I have though is: how does it affect the bike’s aerodynamics? Does it create any significant drag or improve airflow?
I’m really happy with this screen! It was a bit pricey, but the quality justifies the cost. The fitment is perfect, and it looks great on my bike. One minor drawback I’ve noticed is that it can get a bit noisy when driving at high speeds – the wind rushing past creates some additional noise. Other than that, it’s been a solid purchase.
I’m not sure about this screen yet… I’ve only had it on my bike for a few days, but so far, I’m a bit underwhelmed. The material seems okay, but the installation process was a bit tricky – it took me some time to figure out how to get it properly aligned. The price is also quite steep considering it’s just an aftermarket screen. Maybe it’ll grow on me as I use it more?
I’m thoroughly impressed with the performance of this standard screen! It’s made a huge difference in reducing wind noise and improving my riding experience. The installation was a breeze, and the quality of the product is top-notch. I’ve had no issues whatsoever with it.
