KTM Duke 125 ABS 2020

The KTM Duke 125 ABS 2020 is an impressive, performance-heavy motorcycle powered by a single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine with a maximum power output of 11 kW and a torque of 12 Nm @ 7,500 rpm. Seamlessly switching gears is aided by the bike’s 6-speed transmission, promising a smooth cruising experience. Cooling is managed by a liquid cooling system ensuring that the engine maintains optimum performance even on long rides.

The engine’s efficient design and the use of Bosch EMS further makes it a standout in terms of fuel consumption, with a rate of 2.42 l/100 km. The motorcycle utilizes a wet, multi-disc clutch that is mechanically operated, achieving a displacement of 124.7 cc. It stands tall with a seat-height of 830 mm, and has a ground clearance of 175 mm.

Safety features include a Bosch 9.1MB two-channel ABS, protecting riders during abrupt stops. It also contains a steel trellis frame that’s powder-coated for extra durability, and weighs in at a dry weight of 139 kg.

The KTM Duke 125 ABS 2020 also stands out in comfort and stability, with a WP upside-down front suspension of Ø 43 mm and a WP monoshock rear suspension, both providing 150 mm of suspension travel. The front brake comprises a four-piston radial fixed caliper with a disc diameter of 300 mm. The rear brake consists of a single-piston floating caliper with a disc diameter of 230 mm.

The fuel tank capacity of the bike is 13.4 liters, making it suitable for long treks without the worry of constant refuelling. The whole assembly is finally drawn together with a durable X-Ring 5/8 x 1/4″ chain.
