I’ve had my Yamaha Remote Control Unit Assy for a few weeks now, and it’s been working flawlessly. The remote control is responsive and easy to use, and the installation process was a breeze. My only minor complaint is that the battery life could be better, but overall I’m extremely satisfied with this product.

What’s the deal with the range on this remote control? It seems to be limited, and I find myself having to get up close to my scooter to use it. Is there a way to extend the range or is it just a limitation of the technology?

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Kaitlyn! We understand your concern about the range of our Yamaha Remote Control Unit Assy – Aerox 155 V2. The remote control’s range is designed to be approximately 30 feet (9 meters) to ensure safe and reliable connectivity. However, we appreciate your suggestion to explore ways to extend the range. Our team is constantly working on improving our products, including exploring possibilities for range extension. We’ll take this into consideration and possibly update our design in future iterations.

I’m still on the fence about this product. While I appreciate the convenience, I feel like it’s a bit overpriced. The quality is good, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the cost. Maybe if you’re really into customization and want to be able to control your scooter remotely, then it might be worth it. For me, it’s just okay.
