What a fantastic product! The Commuter Tank Bag has exceeded my expectations in every way. I love the reflective piping and light gray lining – it adds an extra layer of safety on nighttime rides. And the charging cable port pass-through is genius!

I’m still waiting for a reply from customer support regarding my issue with the bag’s straps… Can’t give a proper review until I get some clarity on that. Fingers crossed it gets resolved soon!
I was a bit skeptical about the magnetic system at first, but it’s actually worked flawlessly so far! The bag is super easy to install and remove from my bike. I’ve been using it for work commutes and weekend rides, and it’s held up amazingly well.
I’m a bit disappointed that there’s no dedicated phone pocket, but overall I’m really happy with this bag. It’s held up well to the rain and wind, and the expandable storage is super convenient.
